Mala Visión is a nocturnal spirit that lives in the forest and is part of the Guaraní mythology in Paraguay. The most common experience encountering Mala Visión is thinking that you saw a woman's body in the darkness when it was only the silhouette of a tree. The story of this spirit serves as a kid's tale against jealousy, where originally, jealousy tortured a wife so much that it transformed her into a monster that roams around at nighttime.
